Headteacher's Welcome

I am delighted to welcome you to our school website, which I hope will give you a sense of what it is like to be a member of our school community.

Sytchampton Endowed Primary School is a thriving school, set in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, enjoying extensive, stunning grounds.

Our school consistently achieves strong academic results, regularly outperforming other schools nationally. However, and perhaps more importantly, we also pride ourselves on nurturing and developing the whole child.

We aim for our pupils to ‘grow’ into confident, resilient individuals who embrace challenges and strive to achieve the most aspirational goals in life.

The children in our school are always at the very heart of everything we do. Our small size enables us to retain a unique village ethos and our entire community is very much a tight knit family. Every child is special, and we celebrate their unique strengths and abilities.

From their very first school experience in our Reception base, our children benefit from a highly dedicated team of teachers, support staff and governors who strive tirelessly to provide a caring and supportive environment which enables all our pupils to flourish. Our school is full of laughter, fun and warmth. We very much believe that happy learners make successful learners.

In order to provide the very best education for your children, it is imperative that we invest in our staff. Our school is very much a centre of learning for everyone. We continuously review our practice and pedagogy and strive to provide the highest quality learning experiences for your children.

Having said all of this, you cannot experience our welcoming and caring environment or hear the buzz of children intent on their learning by looking at our website. So, I would urge you to come and see our school for yourselves! We would be delighted to show you around and answer any questions you may still have.
